We had a wonderful dinner at Outback and while we were gambling, the servers kept the drinks coming and they were very friendly.

What was once the best hotel in Laughlin has perished in filth and disrepair. Halls littered with food; carpeting that should have been replaced years ago; wall patches; a broken, sagging mattress; the continual smell of marijuana: we shortened our stay from two nights to one and plan never to return.
Granted, these have been trying times for the hospitality industry; but it would have been much better, I believe, to close the property during the COVID crisis and keep it closed indefinitely until the hotel could be renovated.
